Pear Tree Pizza is a family-run food brand based in Hamilton Hill, Western Australia, specialising in pre-baked, slow-fermented sourdough pizzas made with clean, local ingredients.

Founded by Ron and Asha Canty, Pear Tree Pizza grew from a small neighbourhood kitchen project into a fast-growing food business with a loyal customer base and expanding retail potential. Ron’s background as a chef on private yachts and in high-end European kitchens, combined with Asha’s roots in WA and passion for food, helped shape the brand into what it is today: a product that brings the craft and flavour of artisan pizza into homes across Australia with consistency, integrity, and room to grow.

Our sourdough bases ferment for three full days, using organic flour and a natural rye starter. We use premium WA ingredients including La Delizia Latticini cheeses, ethically raised meats from Dirty Clean Food, and Lake Deborah salt, then pre-bake each pizza to lock in quality and allow for fast finishing at home.
